Revich loves it around Chester

It's a quieter weekend on the racing front following last weeks York Ebor Festival . Real Dream ran no race in the Ebor so we look for much better today in the first race at Chester.

Revich will enjoy returning to Chester following his impressive win at their May festival this year. Boardman who re-opposes was well held that day and is 3lbs worse off at the weights with Revich. Percy’s Lad is weighted to give Revich a good race but he likes to race prominently and from stall 11 that will be difficult. Revich drops in class following a lacklustre finish on testing ground in the Golden Mile at Goodwood.

Revich is a hold up horse so the draw doesn’t matter too much. Paul Mulrennan has ridden him to win over course and distance which is another positive. Lord Bertie is the short priced well backed favourite. As a 3yo he will find this much tougher than his easy wins in maiden and novice company.

Chester 1:35

1 point each way Revich 10/1 Bet365 4 places else 11/1 William Hill paying 3 places.

Best of Luck, Nicky
