Advised Sunday Morning 09th August

Racecourse: Salisbury
Time: 15:25
Date: 09/08/2020
Horse: Regal Reality
Current Odds: 7/1 generally, use BOG bookies
Advised Stake & Bet Type: 1.0 Point Win
Selection Reasoning

Regal Reality is top rated in this Group 3 race and for good reason following some top class runs at Group 1 level. Last season he finsihed third in the Eclipse Stakes at Sandown behind Enable beaten just 2.5l on fast ground. He finsihed sixth in the Eclipse Stakes this season but finished around horses such as Deirdre & Magic Wand who are very good mares. The key is fast ground which he gets today and while he drops down in trip this stiff mile will help. Sir Michael Stoute has reached for the visors so hopefully they work the oracle and help Regal Reality return to winning ways.

Racecourse: Deauville
Time: 14:50
Date: 09/08/2020
Horse: Space Blues
Current Odds: 11/2 William Hill, Bet365 & Betvictor
Advised Stake & Bet Type: 0.5 Point Each Way
Selection Reasoning

Space Blues finished a close third in this Group 1 last season and is back for more having won impressively at Goodwood. He has won all three starts since racing resumed moving up the leves from Listed to Group 3 to Group 2 level. Last time out in the Lennox Stakes he made it look easy showing a telling turn of foot to beat a good field of horses. He arrives here in top form and must have every chance albeit a very strong looking renewal. Hello Youzain should go well but let us down in the July Cup and needs to bounce back to his Ascot form. Golden Horde is sure to run his race while the French have a strong contender with Earthlight.

Racecourse: Curragh
Time: 15:10
Date: 09/08/2020
Horse: Lucky Vega
Current Odds: 11/2 Paddy Power, Betfair SB, Boylesports & Bet365, all BOG
Advised Stake & Bet Type: 0.5 Point Each Way
Selection Reasoning

Lucky Vega can step forward from his loss in the Railway Stakes to Laws of Indices. He showed a good turn of foot to get involved that day from well off the pace looking like he was going to go ahead and win. However, Law of Indices pulled out more in front as the run of Lucky Vega flattened out. Maybe Lucky Vega needed the run a bit more than the winner have not run for a month and a half since he won impressively on debut at Naas. The Jessie Harrington stable has hit top form over the past few weeks. Steel Bull and The Lir Jet are respected but I think we are going to see an improved performance from Lucky Vega in this presitgious and well contested Group 1.
